- Se pone el agua en una olla y agregamos el maíz en una taza de agua disolvemos la cal sin dejar caer el a ciento

- Dejamos enfriar y pasamos a lavarlo con agua limpia dos veces


- Se muele a punto quebrajado


- Se le pone la manteca, la sal y el caldo de pollo amasamos bien


- Hasta tener una masa esponjosa


- Abrimos nuestra hoja y agregamos 70 gr de la masa

- Extendemos con la ayuda de una cuchara pasamos a ponerle la salsa y el pollo

- Cerramos bien para que no se salga nuestra masa


- En una olla en el fondo ponemos hoja de plátano no y encima una rejilla y por una de las orillas agregamos agua pasamos a acomodar los tamales y tapamos bien la hola dejando cocer por 1 hora


- Sacamos con ayuda de nuestras pinzas quitamos la hoja y servimos
