Cuando estén blanditos poner en la licuadora 1 cebolla, 3 dientes de ajo y los chiles con solo una taza del agua en la que se hirvieron. Moler muy bien, colar y reservar.
- Cuando este lista la carne, sacarla para desmenuzar y reservar aparte en un recipiente con tapa.
