  5. En la olla donde dejamos el maíz pozolero agregamos el caldo de pollo y la hierba santa triturada. Dejamos cocinar unos 15 minutos.
  6. Empezamos a desmenuzar el pollo y lo dejamos a un lado para ocuparlo más tarde.
  7. Teniendo todo esto empezamos a decorarlo y a servirlo. Se puede acompañar con salsa roja.
