- Transcurrido el tiempo, quitamos la tapa, incorporamos el azúcar, removemos y volvemos a tapar y a programar otra hora en alta. Si veis que va a quedar seco, añadid un poquito más de leche.
- Cuando pase esa hora, añadimos la mantequilla y removemos para que se integre bien, tapamos y programamos diez minutos más a alta.
- Ya tenemos nuestro arroz con leche listo, ya sólo queda emplatar, dejar que temple y meterlo en la nevera hasta el momento de comer. Cuando lo vayamos a servir lo espolvoreamos con un poquito de canela en polvo. Y ya sólo nos queda disfrutar.
