  1. En una olla o cazuela, ponemos el agua con la sal, la canela en rama y la piel de la naranja y lo llevamos a ebullición. En cuanto empiece a hervir, le echamos el arroz y lo dejamos a fuego lento hasta que se consuma el agua. (El arroz estará casi tierno pero no del todo).
  2. Cuando se haya consumido todo el agua, le añadimos la leche, removemos y dejamos que cueza unos minutos. Añadimos el azúcar, volvemos a remover y dejamos hasta que el arroz esté tierno (pero sin que se pase).
  3. Lo sacamos de la olla y lo dejamos enfriar en un recipiente de cristal, sacándole la piel de limón y la rama de canela. Servimos en ese mismo recipiente con un poco de canela molida espolvoreada por encima o apartamos en recipientes individuales.
  4. Si el arroz se nos queda demasiado seco para nuestro gusto, le añadimos la leche y el azúcar extra. (A mí y en mi casa nos gusta con mucha leche, y por eso le eché el extra, pero si os gusta más seco, queda genial con las medidas que os he dado). ¡¡A disfrutar!!
