Ponemos en una sarten 50 grs de aceite,1 ajo picado,la cebolla picada pequeñita y sofreimos,cuando comiencen a dorarse los ajos, añadimos los champiñones cortados en láminas,rehogamos bien y sazonamos,cuando se vaya evaporando el agua de los champiñones añadimos el jerez y una pizca de tomillo limón,cocinamos unos 8 minutos y reservamos.
- Para la presentación yo compre una calabaza pequeña,la vacié y la limpié bien,después calenté un poco la crema y la volqué dentro de la calabaza, por encima puse los champiñones y listo para comer. Serví después en un plato con unas pipas de calabaza.
