  1. Lavar los nopales y escurrir, rayarlos diagonalmente con un cuchillo, en rombo. Salar al gusto. Poner a freír, por ambas caras. Reservar.
  2. Lavar jitomate, cebolla, ajo y cilantro, desinfectar este último. Picar por separado y reservar. Separar ½ cebolla.
  3. En este paso usar solamente la mitad de la cebolla. Verter aceite en una sartén, prender fuego y al estar caliente, freír la mitad de la cebolla, al cristalizar, agregar el ajo, seguidamente el jitomate y al final el chorizo de soya.
  4. Repartir el chorizo de soya, sobre los 8 nopales, agregarle cilantro y cebolla y salsa taquera.
  5. Agregar queso fresco desmoronado, puede ser panela, ranchero, de aro.
  6. Servir 2 por persona, con un cuarto de rebanada de aguacate. Y a disfrutar.
  7. Usé salsa de jitomate.
