  3. Untamos el trozo de carne con esta pasta por todos los lados y la disponemos en una bandeja de un tamaño justo para el trozo de carne y resistente al horno.
  4. Ponemos en la bandeja toda la pasta sobrante. Tapamos con varias capas de papel de aluminio y ponemos al horno durante 3 horas o hasta que la carne se deshaga con un tenedor. Damos la vuelta a trozos de carne a media cocción. Si se seca, añadimos más caldo o agua.Dejamos reposar unas horas o lo podemos comer al momento.
  5. Una vez la carne esté tierna, la deshilachamos en una olla y ponemos un poco del líquido y calentamos unos 5 minutos si lo hemos dejado enfriar.
